Job Title: Logistics Engineer – Senior Level

Pay Rate range 70-80 USD per hour Flexible negotiable

• Responsible for designing and planning the internal layout of the warehouse transformation.
• Coordinate the setup and optimization of the new warehouse design.
• Ensure optimized warehouse operations with maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
• Apply lean concepts to streamline processes and improve flow efficiency.
• Organize and manage warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipments according to SPS principles.
• Measure and analyze warehouse performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.
• Manage projects focused on designing and optimizing warehousing processes.
• Set up new product lines including 1,000 new products and over 5,000 part numbers.
• Work as part of a 3–4 member team to design warehouse layout and ensure efficient placement of lines and parts.
• Consider ergonomics and operational efficiency in layout planning.
• This is a senior-level position requiring immediate availability due to project timelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Senior-level experience in warehouse design and optimization.
• Ability to set up warehouse product lines as a final decision-maker.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting software.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (system currently in use).
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Preferred knowledge of PIT and warehouse equipment.
