Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Answering telephones and directing callers appropriately, providing community information
• Greeting and directing visitors
• Receiving, sorting, and forwarding mail
• Coordinating pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
