Position: Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient response and report progress to the PT
• Educate patients on exercises and functional mobility
• Document treatments accurately and timely

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active (or pending) state PTA license
