Qualifications and

Preferred Experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, RTI/MTSS, and special education processes
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, progress monitoring, and consultative support
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations to assist with special education eligibility decisions
• Offer individual and group counseling to support student well-being
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address barriers to student success
• Develop and monitor intervention plans for academic and behavioral needs
• Facilitate meetings such as IEPs and eligibility discussions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support implementation of school-wide social-emotional learning initiatives
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of services rendered
