Weekdays, 2nd Shift between 4PM-12PM

• Leading the compounding team to prepare high-quality compounded medications
• Ensuring all preparations comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Reviewing prescriptions and verifying ingredient accuracy
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the compounding area Training and mentoring junior technicians to develop their skills

• Experience in pharmacy compounding and pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of pharmacology and proper medication preparation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
