LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients in the Fairfield, Ohio area to recruit a Contract Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, and helping organizations attract top talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews

• Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring team communication

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources

• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously

• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
