Find Exceptional Talent Before the Competition DoesWe're looking for someone who enjoys the search as much as the hire.
You'll develop creative sourcing strategies, build targeted talent pipelines, and proactively engage high-caliber professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. Your ability to identify and attract talent in competitive markets will be a key driver of success.

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house talent experience is considered an asset.
- A proven ability to proactively source and engage talent in competitive markets.
- Strong process discipline to ensure talent activities are tracked against team and company metrics.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence and guide hiring decisions.
- Curiosity about talent markets, workforce trends, and innovative recruiting practices.
- A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
