Our Personal Lines Operations department seeks a client services analyst to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing systems used by our Personal Lines business partners and agents. This position will serve as a key contributor on an agile delivery team, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing, system analysis and advocacy for end-user workflows. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude, business knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure system solutions meet business needs and deliver an excellent user experience.
Starting pay:
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
* participate as an active member of an agile delivery team, collaborating with product owners, developers and stakeholders throughout the sprint lifecycle
* lead and support UAT activities to validate that system enhancements meet business requirements and user expectations
* analyze system requirements and specification documentation to ensure test coverage and alignment with business workflows
* design, create and execute medium-complexity test cases requiring independent judgment, creativity and system knowledge
* document, track and communicate defects discovered during testing; validate that fixes are implemented correctly
* research and troubleshoot system issues, partnering with technical teams to identify root causes and solutions
* analyze data, reports and system outputs to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
* communicate system workflows, processes and changes effectively to users and stakeholders
* act as an advocate for agent and end-user workflows, ensuring business needs are represented in system design
* identify recurring trends and issues among system users and recommend enhancements or process improvements
* provide support to our internal and external customers using the rating system
Be equipped with:
* strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand system functionality
* basic personal lines insurance knowledge, including coverages, forms, practices and operational processes
* demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
* excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* proven customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
* initiative and sound decision-making, logical thinking and judgment
* working knowledge of SQL (preferred)
Bring education and experience from:
* a bachelor's degree (preferred) or an associate degree with prior personal lines insurance experience
* experience supporting or performing UAT in an agile or iterative development environment
