We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-Op to join our team on-site for 3-4 months. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that enhance supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate FMD’s core values:

- Actively engage in daily supply chain operations and team activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflows.
- Accurately enter and track purchase orders, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Support coordination with vendors and teams to ensure on‑time delivery of critical items.
- Assist in developing a vendor audit program, including data collection and compliance tracking.
- Work with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve supply chain goals.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solver with a quick‑learning and adaptable mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles is a plus.
- Must work on‑site during the co‑op term.
Note: This position requires access or potential access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information, which is Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) data. Therefore, to meet NOFORN requirement, you will have to provide proof of US Citizenship and attest that you do not have dual citizenship. Acceptable proof of US Citizenship is a US Passport, US Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate.
