Warehouse Designer and Flow Architect

We are seeking senior-level professionals to lead the design and transformation of a warehouse layout. This role is part of a three-to-four-person team responsible for optimizing warehouse efficiency, space utilization, ergonomics, and overall operational performance. Due to project timelines, candidates must be available to start immediately.

• Design and plan the internal layout for warehouse transformation.
• Develop warehouse layouts, including product flow and material handling systems.
• Coordinate the setup and optimization of new warehouse designs.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimal space utilization.
• Set up new product lines (1,000+ new products and 5,000+ part numbers).

• Apply lean concepts to streamline warehouse processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Optimize placement of lines and parts with consideration for ergonomics and operational efficiency.
• Organize and manage warehousing operations including:
• Receiving
• Storage
• Order preparation
• Shipping (following SPS principles)

• Measure and analyze warehousing performance (cost and service levels).
• Implement corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead and manage projects focused on warehouse process design and optimization.

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Senior-level experience in warehouse design and optimization.
• Proven ability to set up warehouse product lines as the final decision-maker.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and drafting software.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
