Service Manager – Commercial Roofing Greater Cincinnati Area

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's commercial roofing service department. This position is responsible for generating service business, managing service crews, coordinating repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and supervise service crews for commercial roofing projects and repairs
• Communicate with clients to assess service needs, provide estimates, and ensure quality work
• Oversee documentation, service orders, and project reporting
• Support business development by identifying service opportunities and strengthening client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or a related construction field such as HVAC or Mechanical
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, repair techniques, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in service in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, or Dayton Ohio areas
