Strategically schedule and deploy technician resources across multiple shifts to ensure optimal technical coverage during peak 3PL fulfillment windows.
- Work Order Management:
Evaluate, rank, and delegate daily incoming maintenance requests based on operational impact, balancing urgent emergency repairs with long-term preventative maintenance. - CAPEX & Upgrades:
Plan, budget, and execute facility capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, equipment installations, and major automation overhauls on time and within budget. - Data-Driven Decisions:
Use CMMS data, machine downtime metrics, and team performance KPIs to identify bottleneck areas and reallocate resources effectively.
- Specialized Automation:
Oversee the preventative maintenance schedules for commercial printing presses, multi-head embroidery machines, industrial lasers, and autonomous mobile picking robots (AMRs). - Safety Leadership:
Champion a zero-incident safety culture by enforcing strict OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and laser safety compliance (ANSI Z136). - Vendor Management:
Manage external contractors, specialized equipment OEMs, and spare parts inventory workflows to complement internal team capabilities.

Direct supervisory experience leading, developing, and training a team of industrial maintenance technicians. - Project Management:
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Training Background:
