Water Treatment Technician - 2nd - 3rd shift

Our client, an industry leader in poultry processing, is seeking a Water Treatment Technician - 2nd - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Water Treatment Technician - 2nd - 3rd shift, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the water and wastewater treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $24.00 to $34.00  
** based on experience.*
* ** Shift:
** Second Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm;
Third Shift 10:30pm - 7:00am

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment systems, including pre-treatment processes

+ Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, blowers, motors, and related equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair pumps, low-voltage equipment, D.O. probes, pH meters, and level transducers

+ Conduct chemical mixing and dosing for water treatment processes

+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and wastewater treatment records for regulatory compliance

** What's Needed?*

Experience with water or wastewater treatment system operations

+ Mechanical and maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

+ Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to perform physical work in an industrial setting

+ Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
