This position is responsible for sales support and estimate/quoting for Alba equipment.

• Prepare and review sales quotes
• Prepare sales drawings
• Provide technical support to Alba’s sales team and customers
• Review and gather information needed for sales opportunities
• Assist the Sales team with product selection and technical support
• Review product data and overall system requirements for projects
• Assist with Customer meetings and visits
• Estimate and generate pricing for Alba equipment
• Learn and understand manufacturing processes and procedures to develop accurate equipment pricing
• Assist in maintaining equipment pricing

• Knowledge and experience with conveyors and material handling industry helpful
• Mechanical Aptitude – Experience working with power transmission components helpful
• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Applications
• Well organized and able to focus on details
• Experience using AutoCAD
• A team player that is willing to help out and take the initiative to get things done

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will perform mechanical assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. You will be responsible for building material handling equipment to be utilized by some of the world’s largest companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, Toyota, Honda, Tesla, etc.

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Interpret mechanical drawings and follow assembly instructions on a variety of material handling equipment
• Review job requirements each day
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive mechanic, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment (wrenches, drills & taps, impact wrenches, etc.)
• Able to read and understand blueprints and bill of materials
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualified candidates will have experience in all aspects of production painting in an industrial environment, including but not limited to:

• Safety, including knowledge and practice of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Spraying a variety of different paints including oil based enamels, epoxies, urethanes, water borne enamels, etc.
• Troubleshooting and repair of substandard finishes
• Touching up damaged paint
• Repairing damaged paint

• The overall appearance of equipment prior to shipping with an emphasis on making sure all chips, scratches, runs or sags are repaired.
• Assisting with parts cleaning and deburring- paint prep
• Maintaining paint booth maintenance and filter change records
• Maintaining a neat, orderly, and clean work area
