The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1 st Shift for Press Operator in the Fairfield , OH area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Press Operator
- $ 15.25 / hr pay Offers an attendance bonus if eligible
- Monday - Thursday 7am-5:45pm OT Saturdays may be mandatory
- Benefits include:

- Operate press machines safely
- Load materials into machines and monitor production
- Inspect parts for quality
- Stack finished parts into crates
- Move crates to designated areas
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety rules and report issues
- Prior manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
