Maintenance Mechanic – 1st and 2nd shift available

Full-Time | Hands-On & High-Impact

Do you love taking things apart just to figure out how they work? Do you have a knack for solving puzzles (and fixing machines)? If so, we want YOU on our team!

We’re looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who keeps our production humming. You’ll be the go-to hero for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance — making sure our machines are in top shape so our people can do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Hunt down problems by observing machines in action, listening to clues, and using precision tools to diagnose issues.
  • Tear down equipment (with hand and power tools), swap out defective parts, and reassemble like a pro.
  • Inspect, measure, and adjust machine parts to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Coach production teammates on basic preventive maintenance tricks to reduce downtime.
  • Fabricate parts when needed using machine shop tools (yes, you get to build cool stuff!).
  • Keep track of inventory and supplies so you’ve always got what you need to get the job done.
  • Handle repair requests, document your fixes, and keep communication flowing with the team.
  • Pitch in on building and facility repairs as needed.
  • Follow safety rules (lockout/tagout is your middle name) while keeping your work area clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, electrical basics, and safety procedures.
  • Skilled with power tools, mechanical measurements, and reading technical drawings/schematics.
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to pivot as needs change.
  • Team player who’s just as comfortable fixing machines solo as they are helping others succeed.
Physical Demands:
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and squat around machines.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and using powered lifts.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. (your biceps will thank you).
Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Every day is different — new challenges, new fixes, new wins.
  • You’ll play a key role in keeping our production floor running strong.
  • Work with a supportive team that values safety, creativity, and problem-solving.

Ready to put your skills to work and keep the gears turning?
