1st Shift Flexo Press Machine Operator

Now hiring for flexo press machine operator in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm, with starting the pay of $/hr based on experience. What they offer:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press and run print jobs.
• Read, understand, and follow production work orders.
• Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.
• Produce label product which meets the quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.
• Accurately report production numbers daily.
• Conduct quality checks of finished product.
• Troubleshoot production errors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Check equipment for calibration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of flexographic press experience OR 4+ years of manual press operating.
• Eager to learn and be trained
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Team player with positive demeanor
• Self-starter
• Detail oriented
• Good basic math and measurement skills
