Packer

Starting rate $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.

8 AM-8 PM rotating shifts 2‑2‑3.

• Support the operation team by working safely in a fast‑paced production warehouse environment.
• Inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration.
• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Check for quality issues and contact team lead with issues.
• Maintain supplies at station (boxes, tape, etc.).
• Keep station clean at all times.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work with others effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Past work with plastic molding or packing products off conveyor lines is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastic molding is desirable.

• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and clothing when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout shift.
• Prolonged standing while performing duties.
• Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles.
• Capacity to lift boxes from 0–50 lbs depending on line assigned.
• Ability to climb up and down stairs and tolerate standing posture for 12 hours.
