Actively participate in the production and assembly of high-quality rubber conveyor belts and their components;
Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and various equipment within the facility;
Execute loading, unloading, staging, and organization of materials to maintain a seamless and continuous production flow;
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure adherence to stringent company and customer standards;
Accurately interpret and follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
