Job Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Job Description: We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for a 1st shift opportunity in Fairfield, OH. No prior experience on a specific machine is required‑candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing, or general warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load materials and ensure proper machine setup
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to learn new processes and operate equipment safely
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- $18/hour starting pay
- On-the-job training provided
