Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S standards.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock‑out tag‑out procedures.
• Work as part of a team to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assume an active role in overall plant and facility activities, assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.

• High school graduate or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic understanding of English and ability to follow instructions.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in prior employment.
• Must be able to work the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

• Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in prior employment (preferred).

• Safety mindset: consistent use of required PPE and safety procedures.
• Team mentality and strong communication skills.
• Time management: reliable, on‑time attendance and the ability to meet productivity goals.
• Adaptability: ability to work overtime, handle changing temperatures, and learn multiple processes.
• Collaborative: promote teamwork to achieve shared goals.
• Thoroughness: perform quality checks, follow instructions, and handle clerical tasks accurately.
• Experience:
  
  demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in prior employment (preferred).
• Agility: lift up to 50 pounds, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend repetitively during the shift.

• Starting salary: $22.67 per hour.
