Mattr is seeking an Expansion/Extrusion Operator to run and maintain extrusion, expansion, and rewinding processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help ensure dimensions and quality, complete necessary paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
The role requires high school diploma, willingness to learn Lean and SPC methods, and ability to work with team members across shifts in a facilities-based setting.
