Setup, program, and operate high-speed slitting and converting machinery to process materials according to precise engineering specifications;
Independently execute machine setups and changeovers;
Thread the machine, adjust tension controls, set mandrels, and align slitting blades;
Mechanically troubleshoot to minimize line downtime;
Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and precision measurement tools
