Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical skills, support process improvements, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence. What will you do? Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis Maintain compliance with operational health and safety standards while ensuring quality control across production What are the key skills we are looking for?
Drives for Results - advanced level; executing tasks with focus and accountability to meet production targets Manufacturing Design and Methodology - intermediate level; applying engineering principles to optimize production systems Automation Integration - intermediate level; supporting the implementation of automated solutions in manufacturing processes Lean Methodology - intermediate level; identifying waste and driving efficiency improvements on the shop floor Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level;
ensuring products meet specifications through systematic testing and validation Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; analyzing workflows to enhance throughput and reduce cycle times Digital Literacy - intermediate level; using digital tools and systems to monitor and improve operational performance Influencing Skills - intermediate level; collaborating with teams to gain buy-in for process changes and improvements What qualifications will make you successful?
