The Stamping Press Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring stamping press equipment while maintaining production goals and producing quality parts. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Set up and operate stamping press machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Load materials, monitor machine performance, and adjust settings as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual quality checks.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Regular attendance and compliance with the Company's handbook policies and procedures.

The role is performed in a jewelry manufacturing work environment with exposure to processing oils, noise from machinery, and varying temperatures. SAFETY??
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:Monday through Friday, eight (8) hour shift between 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime and Saturday hours required based on business demands and seasonal needs.
TRAVEL:No travel required.
REQUIREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Manufacturing or stamping press experience.
