Performance Food service in Fairfield, OH is hiring a meat/seafood cutter to portion and prepare products according to work orders. You will cut beef, pork, lamb, and seafood by hand or with a band saw, maintaining GMP and safety standards while ensuring accurate weights. This role starts at 6am, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and benefits. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience are expected, along with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
