Production Line Lead

West Chester, OH Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve daily production targets. Ensure all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies are followed. Coordinate staffing, workflow, line setups, and changeovers to maximize efficiency. Monitor productivity, quality, inventory usage, and documentation accuracy.

Collaborate with Supervisors, Technicians, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues. Maintain compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and customer specifications. Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes. Track production data, maintain system records, and ensure material traceability. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee development. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or leadership experience.

Previous team lead, supervisor, or project leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or production management systems experience is a plus. cGMP, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
