Join our production team as a Team Lead in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills and attention to detail make a real difference. What will you do? Assemble components and products to specifications while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to verify adherence to standards and identify any defects. Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support workflow optimization.

Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting equipment malfunctions or production issues.

What are the key skills we are looking for? Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications and identifying defects during assembly. Problem Solving — intermediate level; troubleshooting production issues and contributing improvement ideas. Customer Orientation — intermediate level; delivering quality outputs that meet internal and external standards. Drives for Results — intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Influencing Skills — intermediate level; collaborating with team members to achieve shared production goals. Lean Methodology — developing level; applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflows. Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production and quality data. Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols and maintaining a secure work environment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
