Join Schneider Electric as an Electrical Test Technician and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll support the assembly and testing of electrical contacts while developing valuable technical, problem-solving, and manufacturing skills.

Shift & Pay Information We Are Currently Hiring For Multiple Shifts
  • 1st Shift
  • 2nd Shift - $2.00/hour shift differential
  • Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday)
  • Starting Pay: $27/hour

What will you do?
  • Assemble electrical contacts and components according to established specifications and procedures.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues.
  • Operate and support automated assembly equipment and production systems.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and help identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on improving efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, specifications, and established procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
