Family Allergy & Asthma is hiring a Clinic & Injection Room Nurse (LPN/RN) in Fairfield, OH. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Responsibilities include preparing the injection room, administering allergy injections, and assisting with skin testing under physician supervision.
Must hold an active Ohio LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and have 1–2 years nursing experience. Travel to other clinic locations is required.
