Join Schneider Electric as a Team Lead / Senior Operator in Manufacturing Process Quality, where you'll drive quality excellence and lead a team committed to delivering safe, reliable products. What will you do?
  • Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity
  • Lead and coach team members on quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Partner with procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Manage quality protocols during new manufacturing line setups and process changes through rigorous change management

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
