What will you do?- Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity
- Lead and coach team members on quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Manage quality protocols during new manufacturing line setups and process changes through rigorous change management
- Coaching — intermediate level; developing team capabilities and reinforcing quality standards on the floor
- Quality control & inspection — intermediate level; executing inspections and validating compliance throughout production
- Problem solving — intermediate level; identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
- Continuous improvement — intermediate level; leading initiatives that enhance process robustness and reduce defects
- Collaboration — intermediate level; partnering across functions to resolve quality challenges
- Risk management — developing level; assessing quality risks that could impact customers and operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide frontline teams

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
