Seasonal Associate

Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate – a role focused on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers and supporting the overall performance of the store. You will work as part of a small team, assist in daily operations, drive sales, promote the company’s culture, and maintain a positive environment.

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll perform daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory while maintaining a clean, organized and shoe‑shoppable environment.

Essential Functions: Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required.

• High School Diploma / GED
• Build constructive relationships within the store
• Communicate positively with associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager/Assistant Managers as needed
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Work effectively within a team
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height safely.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull and lift repeatedly.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
