• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options.
• Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Upsell additional products to existing customers.
• Help the store team achieve membership acquisition and retention targets.
• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the car wash process.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates for smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Positive, outgoing attitude and passion for excellent guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and natural ability to connect with others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

Stand and move throughout the site all shift. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Consistently lift 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must wear safety equipment when required.
