• Weekly Pay — Get paid every Friday!
• Competitive, stable pay starting at $14 per hour
• $200 Sign‑On Bonus! (Additional $100 after 1st week with no attendance infractions, $100 after 1st month with no attendance infractions)

• Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (limited demand on evenings/closed Sundays)
• Shift times:
  Monday‑Friday 7 am‑1 pm / 1 pm‑5 pm;
  Saturday 7 am‑3 pm
• Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world‑class hospitality
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with a focus on safety and avoid rushing
• Move and organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
• At some dealerships, provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control for those who enjoy less customer interaction
• Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
• All roles are engaging, fast‑paced, and provide an unmatched level of client service
• At some locations, eligible and properly trained team members may drive vehicles and customers off‑site around the city
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to ensure every vehicle is re‑delivered with pride and to Citrin standards
• Tasks include cleaning wheels, pressure washing exterior, hand drying, vacuuming interior carpets and seats

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year (does not include a temporary license)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills

Dash Cams:
Citrin invested in the safety of team members by implementing dashcams. The purpose of dashcams is to protect our drivers while driving and improve off‑site driving behaviors. All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles.
