Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through provided leads, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Cross-sell existing customers and uncover additional protection opportunities.
  • Conduct professional insurance reviews and needs analyses.
  • Follow our proven sales process from discovery through close.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through education and trusted advice.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Represent a respected national brand while serving the local community.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations
