Description

Teasdale Fenton has been a trusted name in cleaning and property restoration for decades. We're a growing, multi-state company with deep roots in the communities we serve — and we're looking for a driven sales professional to help us expand those relationships even further.

As our Sales & Business Development Representative, you'll build and own relationships with commercial property managers, property owners, and insurance professionals across your territory. This is a hunter/farmer hybrid role — you'll prospect new business and grow existing accounts.

Day-to-day, you'll:
  • Build and manage a target prospect list and maintain an active sales pipeline in our Luxor CRM
  • Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Present Teasdale Fenton as the preferred vendor for cleaning and restoration services
  • Develop relationships with insurance agents and adjusters to drive referral business
  • Grow existing accounts by expanding the range of services clients use
  • Partner with Operations and Project Managers to keep clients updated on active jobs
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and report on activity and results
  • Participate in company-led promotions and sales events (e.g., Plumbers Blitz)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B relationship selling experience, ideally to commercial property managers, building owners, or within the insurance or restoration industry
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong CRM habits — you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-up tight
  • Confidence in group presentations and one‑on‑one sales conversations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with enterprise software platforms
  • A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects well on the Teasdale Fenton brand
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily within your territory
