Optimized Senior Living is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team serving our East Side & Fairfield, Ohio communities. If you're driven, compassionate, and excited to build a career in sales, we'd love to meet you.
No senior living experience? No problem. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and is ready to grow. You'll receive direct mentorship from our Director of Sales & Admissions while learning every aspect of the admissions and sales process.
What you'll do- Guide families as they explore Assisted Living and Memory Care options
- Conduct community tours and build meaningful relationships
- Connect with referral partners and represent OSL in the community
- Learn CRM, admissions, and move-in coordination
- Grow your sales skills through hands‑on coaching and mentorship
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professionalism, integrity, and compassion
- Reliable transportation for local travel between communities
