The Big Task- Convert leads into sales through phone calls, technician referrals, and self-generated outreach
- Conduct camera inspections and locate sewer lines
- Guide clients to the right plumbing solutions with confidence and clarity
- Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

What Will You Do?
- Build strong client relationships and earn trust
- Present tailored solutions and close deals
- Create accurate, detailed proposals for installation teams
- Educate clients on products, pricing, and benefits
- Know your market inside and out—anticipate needs and trends
- Collaborate with field teams and support aggressive growth goals
- Representing the company at home shows and community events
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)
- Minimum 2 years in the plumbing field
- Advanced knowledge of sewer systems, municipal standards, and plumbing systems
