Plumbing Lead Installer

The Plumbing Lead Installer is responsible for repairing plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with the highest quality client experiences. The Plumbing Lead Installer works diligently to keep the project running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude and desire to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Complete service invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect (COD) from clients.
  • Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.
  • Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
  • Complete required warranty information.
  • Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
  • Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
  • Build a trusting relationship with each client through good communication skills and above average competence.
  • Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Properly complete required paperwork.
  • Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training (specifically weekly training meetings and special classes or seminars) and one‑on‑one coaching.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum three years field experience.
  • Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires.
  • Journeymen Plumbing Licenses.
