As an Automotive Glass Installer you will remove and install automotive glass in various vehicles, ensuring a perfect fit, finish, and safety compliance. You will work with a skilled team and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Remove damaged or old glass from vehicles and prepare for installation
• Install new glass using proper techniques to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation or related field preferred
• Certification in automotive glass installation is a plus
• Proficiency in handling various types of auto glass (windshields, side windows, rear windows)
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to automotive glass installation
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
