Maintenance Engineer
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing on-site machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The Maintenance Engineer works across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production and facility systems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and assemblies to restore equipment to full working condition.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems and address them before they cause unplanned downtime.
- Support equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings to support accurate records and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and other technical staff to resolve equipment issues and improve overall equipment performance.
- Follow safety procedures and best practices while working on machinery and facility systems.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or maintenance mechanic working with industrial machinery and facility systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including moving parts, assemblies, and mechanical components.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems used in machinery and facilities.
- Practical experience working with hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Practical experience working with pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery, mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues in a structured and efficient way.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical information related to machinery and equipment.
- Commitment to working safely when handling mechanical and electrical equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with operations and technical teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to documenting maintenance work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Dental healthcare vision 401k pto
