We are seeking a motivated Roofer Laborer to support our roofing projects by assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the roofing industry, working alongside skilled professionals on diverse construction sites. • Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
• Carry materials such as shingles, metal panels, and framing components to designated areas
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

• Prior construction site experience or hands‑on labor work preferred but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks daily
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
• Willingness to learn about roofing systems, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail‑oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of construction estimating or remodeling is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport
