Fath Properties is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our multifamily apartment communities. In this Facilities & Maintenance role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, troubleshooting HVAC and related electrical/mechanical issues, and supporting capital improvements. You'll work on-site within a resident-focused, team-oriented culture that values integrity, quality workmanship, and long-term community care.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for multifamily apartment communities
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Respond promptly to work orders and resident service requests
- Ensure safe operation of all HVAC and related mechanical systems
- Assist with capital projects and system upgrades as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with Facilities & Maintenance team to meet property standards
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- HVAC system diagnostics

- Refrigeration and EPA 608 compliance
- Electrical troubleshooting for HVACReading blueprints and schematics
- Use of HVAC tools and gauges
