Maintenance Technician at Augusta Square Apartments (144 units)

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help us deliver that standard to our residents every day through quality service and preventative maintenance.

And one important difference at SNS: our Maintenance Technicians do not perform unit turns.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issue
• Complete resident work orders efficiently and correctly
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Identify and address issues before they become larger problems
• Communicate professionally with residents about service requests
• Accurately document completed work in App Folio

• 2+ year of maintenance, apartment maintenance, or skilled trade experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • HVAC repair knowledge is a must
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to quality with minimal repair callbacks
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Primary Communities: Augusta Square Apartments

• Full-time, onsite position
• 8-hour shift (8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm)
• Local travel between properties as needed
• On-call one week per month
• Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, work indoors/outdoors, and lift up to 50 pounds
