We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our field operations and ensure projects are executed flawlessly.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Roof Foreman to lead roofing installation projects on commercial buildings. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on the construction site, manage roofing crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship. Your leadership will drive project success by coordinating resources, supervising teams, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and construction standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale commercial roofing projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

These positions vary by experience. We are seeking experienced roofers and metal workers but are willing to train.

Foreman will be responsible for setting the job up with material, laying out the installation process, assuring all tools and equipment needed are on site and operable, daily paperwork, continual cleanup of our work area, supervision while working with the crew, meeting with clients, inspectors, management and assuring that safety guidelines are being adhered to.

Workers will be hands on with the installation/removal of the roofing system. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting loading material onto the roof, removal of old roofing material, assist in installing the new roofing system including but not limited to cutting and placing material, moving material around the roof, applying adhesives and any other activities related to the roofing process.

This job is located at heights that vary by job and access is by a ladder or a stair tower.
