Journeyman Plumbing Project Lead

Thomas & Galbraith seeks a Journeyman Plumbing Project Lead to manage residential plumbing projects across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose issues, install and repair piping, fixtures, and water heaters, and ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards. You'll coordinate with apprentices and other trades, communicate clearly with homeowners, and support our customer-driven, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute residential plumbing projects from start to finish
• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide code-compliant solutions
• Coordinate with dispatch, apprentices, and other trades to meet schedules
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and local code requirements
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about options, pricing, and maintenance
• Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices on best practices
• Maintain accurate job documentation, parts usage, and service records
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Support on-call and emergency plumbing service as needed
