Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Perform installations of water heaters, sump pumps, and plumbing fixtures
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections for home plumbing systems
- Respond to service calls and provide timely, professional customer support
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and low-pressure issues using proper tools
- Follow safety standards, local plumbing codes, and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in company systems
- Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated home services
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
