If you're looking for a job where you can build a routine instead of constantly adjusting to new routes and unpredictable miles, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

You'll run dedicated deliveries throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
, hauling mostly dry van freight with the occasional reefer load. About 70% of the work is drop & hook
, while the remaining 30% involves unloading with an electric pallet jack
—no hand unloading.

Start your shift between 11:00 AM and Noon
, run afternoon and evening routes, make 3–5 loads with 5–7 stops
, and finish your day knowing you'll be back home.

Drivers average 1,000–1,500 miles per week while operating slip-seat day cabs
, with two full days off every week
.

Average drivers earn around $1,500 every week
, and top performers are bringing home $1,800+ weekly
.

On top of experience-based pay of up to $0.62 CPM
, you ll also earn:

• $37 unload pay
• $20 stop pay
• $20 backhaul pay
• $25 pallet restack pay

You ll also complete paid ride-along training before getting started.

Make sure you meet the following:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Live within the Monroe hiring area (45044)
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly

Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Paid vacation starts after your first year and is based on your average annual earnings.
