Warehouse Operator; 2nd Shift

What Will You Do?

• Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
• Apply strict warehouse working instructions and fixed operating procedures.
• Comply with health, safety and environment rules throughout the sector.
• Identify and report risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment to the team leader (LWB3).
• Report all incidents and near misses.
• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance).
• Understand the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes and suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
• Link various operations (receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line procurement) according to a predetermined process.
• Perform self‑controls to detect non‑conformities.
• Operate appropriately to hazards.
• Apply the procedures defined for the MPH.
• Use computer resources to record entries and exits of the store.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse inventory environment;
  Microsoft Excel; good communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; attention to detail; prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift, PIT equipment; experience with barcode scanning systems and Windows‑based computer knowledge.
• Prior SAP experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English fluently.
