Warehouse Operator; 1st shift

Overview

Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.

• Apply strict warehouse working instructions and fixed operating procedures.
• Comply with health, safety, and environment rules.
• Identify and report risks regarding health, safety, quality, and environment to the Team Leader (LWB3).
• Report all incidents and near misses and apply the escalation process.
• Know and execute the recommended gestures for standard operating modes.
• Suggest proposals to improve operating modes.
• Link operations such as receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, and line procurement according to a predetermined process.
• Perform self-controls to detect non-conformities and operate appropriately to hazards.
• Apply procedures defined for the MPH.
• Use computer resources to record entries and exits of the store.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse inventory environment.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift, PIT equipment.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems.
• Windows‑based computer knowledge.
• Prior SAP experience.
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
